We’ve made changes to the process for ordering tamper tags to streamline fulfillment and improve tracking. Effective March 1st, 2025, all tamper tag orders will be handled and shipped directly by our trusted partner, Supply Side.
What This Means for You:
- Ordering Process: Facilities must now visit Supply Side’s website, log in, and place their order for tamper tags.
- Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
- Guided Support: We’ve provided step-by-step instructions, screenshots, and a video tutorial to walk you through the ordering process. View our article "How-to-Order-Tamper-Tags".
Who is Supply Side?
Supply Side is a leading provider of self-storage products and solutions, trusted by many large operators in the industry. While StorageTreasures continues to cover the full cost of tamper tags, making them free for our customers, we encourage facilities to explore Supply Side’s website for additional supplies that may help with their facility management needs.
If your facility does not yet have an account with Supply Side, you will need to contact their customer service department to set one up before placing an order.
To create an account with Supply Side, you will need to complete their New Customer Application. Please be sure to provide:
- Valid Tax ID
- Signature (on 2nd page of the application)
