As a Bidder, you may receive offers to be the backup bidder (BUB). Backup bidder offers are sent when the original winner fails to clean out and pay for the unit.
A recent update has been made where facilities now have the ability to set floor percentages by range, which could affect the offers you will be receiving. The floor percent is used to calculate the minimum price the seller is willing to accept.
When viewing the Offer Acceptance Page, you will see a tooltip next to the Offer Price that gives you more information. For the third offer scenario, you will see new information in blue explaining the difference between your bid and the offer.
The three offers you may receive are as follows:
1) Backup Bidder Offer (your bid price)
2) Unit Liquidation Offer (FREE)
3) Backup Bidder Offer (floor price)
