Once you upgraded to a Pro membership, you can add an Authorized Pickup Person to your account following below instructions.
- Upon login into StorageTreasures, click on My Account button.
- Click on Settings button.
- Click on Authorized Pickup Person Settings button.
- Within the Authorized Pickup Person Settings page, Click on Add Authorized Pickup Person button.
- Within the Add Authorized Pickup Person modal, provide the email address of the person you would like to have as a desired Authorized Pickup Person. Then, click on Send Invite. On the confirmation modal, click Send.
The system will send them an email, notifying them with your invitation.
At this point, you can monitor the status of the invite in the Authorized Pickup Person Settings page. The invite status will be in Pending until the recipient of your invite will accept or decline the invitation request (depending on the decision the invite status will change to Accepted or Declined). You will also be able to review the Authorized Pickup Person eligibility; their StorageTreasures account needs to be in a good standing. Only Authorized Pickup Person recognize as eligible will be displayed in the invoice to be authorized to clean up the unit.
In case the invite stays Pending for some time, or changes to Declined, you might decide to remove it by clicking Actions and the Remove. There will be a confirmation modal to confirm your decision.
