To ensure a smooth transition, all customers, both auction buyers and facility operators, will need to begin using StorageTreasures moving forward.

  (No new auctions can be created after this date)

  SelfStorageAuction.com will be fully decommissioned and no longer support platform activity

   

What This Means for You

All auction activity is moving to StorageTreasures SelfStorageAuction.com will no longer support:

• Auction postings
• Bidding activity
• Account updates

Users should transition now to avoid any disruption

For Facility Operators

What You Need to Do

• Begin posting auctions on StorageTreasures as soon as possible
• Ensure your account is fully set up and ready before April 15
• Complete any required onboarding steps (if applicable)

• After April 15, you will no longer be able to post auctions on SelfStorageAuction.com
• After May 31, the platform will no longer be available
• Moving early helps prevent gaps in your auction activity

For Auction Buyers

What You Need to Do

• Create or log in to your account on StorageTreasures
• Begin browsing and bidding on auctions through the new platform
• Download or save any important information from SelfStorageAuction.com prior to May 31, including:
  • Auction history
  • Invoices and receipts
  • Photos

Important Notes

• To continue bidding without interruption, you must use StorageTreasures
• We recommend saving any important records in advance to ensure immediate access when needed

Access to Your Account & Data After May 31

We are currently working on a solution that will allow both bidders and facility operators to continue accessing their account information and historical data after May 31, 2026.

While full details are still being finalized, our goal is to ensure access to important records such as:

• Auction history
• Invoices and receipts
• Photos and supporting documentation

We will share additional information as soon as it becomes available.

In the meantime, we strongly recommend downloading or saving any important records prior to May 31, 2026 to ensure uninterrupted access.
