Backup Bidder Program (BUB)

Can be built into every auction at no extra step. If the winning bidder doesn't complete the purchase, the next-highest bidder is automatically offered the unit, so your auction still sells.

Unit Liquidation Program (ULP)

If a unit goes unsold, it can be cleaned out for the operator at no additional cost through the Unit Liquidation Program: no lingering unit, no lost rent, and no added cleanout fees. In 2025 alone, 25,410 units were cleared at no cost, with a potential $8.9M in savings for operators.

Public Notice Ads (PNA)
