If you cannot reach the facility, you have these options.
- Email the facility (the email address can be found on the invoice)
- Google alternate phone numbers for that facility
- Contact StorageTreasures, and we will do our best to get ahold of the facility.
- Wait a bit and try again, it is common for facilities to have one or two people working, so if they are out on the property, they may be unavailable to answer.
- Lastly, you could drive to the facility if it is close by (if the facility is far, we do not recommend this option since auctions can be canceled after the invoice is issued).
