We recommend you have the auction photos available on your phone when the unit is opened. If the photos do not match, immediately let the storage facility staff/seller know about the issue(s) and have them confirm and cancel the auction. Remember, do not cross the threshold, touch, or remove anything in the unit. Once you touch or remove an item from the unit, you will be responsible for cleaning the unit out entirely.
