PROHIBITED FACILITIES

Not all Storage Operators allow Private Seller auctions to be conducted at their facilities. This is due to the liability of having a non-tenant or ‘guest’ (Buyer) on their facility grounds to complete a business transaction with a tenant (Private Seller). If you rent a unit at one of the storage facilities listed below, you are PROHIBITED from posting a private seller auction on StorageTreasures at that location.

If your unit is located at a storage facility that is not on this list, you must obtain permission from the facility to post a private seller auction from your unit.  Please review all Private Seller Resources below PRIOR to posting a Private Seller auction on StorageTreasures.
