When do I receive a refund for the auctions that were cancelled?

Why should I get a refund? 

If an auction gets canceled after an invoice is generated, StorageTreasures is responsible for refunding paid StorageTreasures Charges, as seen on the invoice.

You do not have to request a refund for canceled auctions. Refunds for canceled auctions are processed daily. 

How long does it take for my refund to go back into my bank account? 

Refunds for canceled auctions are processed manually. However, our StorageTreasures support team processes these daily, so refunds are initiated the same day or the next following a canceled auction.

• If the transaction can be voided, meaning your bank hasn't processed it - the refund is immediate.
• If your bank has already processed the transaction - the refund can take anywhere from 1 - 5 days, depending on your bank's procedures.
